I often found teachers struggling for information or resources if they are new to IB. I felt the same, once upon a time. My COD helped me a lot and taught me to be open-minded and that is the key, one learns better. Many schools do not provide occ password immediately to the teachers, so teachers often ended up with stress. so here I am listing all the websites for references for new teachers.
